1. Each individual model comes as :
        (a) a .x format of the model
        (b) a .obj format of the model, along with the .mtl file
        (c) a .3ds format of the model
        (d) a .png format of the texture (1024 * 1024)
        (e) a .png format of the model's UV map (1024 * 1024)

    2. The complete pack contains all 25 models in individual folders.

    3. The link to your copy of Urban model pack (or the individual models) will be emailed
        to your paypal registered email address within 48 hours of payment clearing.

    4. If you buy the complete pack, make sure it is the only item in your shopping cart
